1. I [Allah] adjure by the morning light, 2. And by the night when it settles in darkness. 3. O Muhammad, your Lord has not forsaken you nor hated you, 4. And verily the Hereafter has better reward for you than this world. 5. And soon, in the Hereafter, you shall be greatly rewarded and you will be well satisfied. 6. Did not Allah know you have become an orphan and give you shelter under your uncle? 7. And He knew you had no knowledge of the Quran and the detailed rules and Allah guided you to that knowledge. 8. And Allah knew you were in need and gave you your sufficiency. 9. Hence do not humiliate the orphan, 10. Nor repulse the one who asks, 11. But spread and rehearse the bounty of your Lord.
